Convention Summary

The 10th Grand Council Convention of Kappa Psi Fraternity was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, November 28-30, 1907. Sixteen delegates, including the Grand Officers were in attendance. Eta Chapter was the host. Among other business activities, a new ritual was approved and special emphasis was placed on the importance of making The Mask a self-supporting publication.
