Convention Summary

The 9th Grand Council Convention of Kappa Psi Fraternity was held at Baltimore, Maryland, November 28-30, 1906. There were thirteen delegates including Grand Officers, in attendance. Delta and Epsilon chapters were the hosts. Of special interest was the change in the membership of the Executive and Legislative Committees from five to three members. There were no other activities of special significance.
